Abstract: 
In this seminar we deal with the dynamics of a non relativistic particle interacting with a stochastic gravitational wave background. We firstly derive the Schroedinger equation of a particle in a weak gravitational background as the non relativistic limit of the klein-gordon equation in curved space-time. We then assume the gravitational field describes a stochastic gravitational wave field. Performing the stochastic average we then derive the master equation of our model.
